Return and Exchange Directions

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery for a return authorization number. Write the number on the outside of the shipping box so it can be easily identified. Any package arriving without a return authorization number will be returned to sender.
  • If the original shipping container is damaged, please keep it for a possible claim with the shipper.
  • We encourage you to properly package and track your return box. Printed Candle is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit or further damages due to improper return packaging.

Shipping Reimbursements

  • Printed Candle will reimburse you for ground shipping costs for authorized returns or exchanges. Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
  • Non-personalized merchandise returned for credit does not qualify for shipping reimbursement.
  • Printed Candle will pay to ship replacement items via ground service only. Customers requiring rush shipping will be charged.
